Re: Aarhus R1: Coria def Wedege 6-2 6-0, next: Navarro
Good win because Rodriguez didn't play on the circuit since Vienna in 2005...it's good to be in a victory move, tomorrow it will be possible if Guille played a similar match to Monday.
I hope the weather will be sunny, it's better for Guille and for his little injury in the left wrist even if that's not important.
VAMOS!!!!!
He looks really enjoying Denmark, he has a good feeling with the tournament and with the organisators as we can see in his letter yesterday at foro coria...they are considering him as a king.
FIGHTING SPIRIT!!!!

Re: Aarhus R1: Coria def Wedege 6-2 6-0, next: Navarro
Bad news...
Big big surprice in todays first match on Center Court between Coria and Navarro. unfortunately Coria had problems with his serv and made many double faults. He lost first set 7-6. The audiente tried to cheer him up for 2 set, but still Coria had big problems with serving and Navarro took a quick leed by 3-0. After that Coria got more hold of him serv and won 4 game. Navarro took the 5 game to 4-1, Coria keept on fighting and won 6 game. Navarro keept on believing in him self and won the 2 set 6-3 and thereby the match 7-6 and 6-3.

Re: Aarhus R2: Navarro def Guille 7-6 6-3 :-(
damn it. i wrote an email to the tournament director and the answer was "Coria-Navarro 7-6 6-3" and i was like yessssssss! before realising that the names got twisted obviously. the result is close, but i expected him to win a couple of matches here.
still alive in doubles, good luck there.

Re: Aarhus R2: Navarro def Guille 7-6 6-3 :-(
It's nice that the match was close at least but most of the losses have been, which suggests really that he can't make it the crucial moments. ):
Hope for better in the doubles for him.

RICHARD GASQUET: No, I always played well against him. I always won the first two
sets in Roland Garros, so I hope not to win the first two sets this time. (Smiling.)
Maybe the sky will fall?

it is really something beyond belief.
these double faults will take past-life regression therapy to overcome.

well, at least we can see that he's able to hit three serves in a row

That guy has put videos of various players practising on his youtube channel and it is interesting to notice that while all of the other vids don't exceed 100 views Guille's video has already attracted more than 500 people to take a look.
I guess Guille - as long as he is playing - will always remain a name to long time tennis followers.
I sometimes wonder whether some of the new fans (perhaps interested in the Fed/Rafa/Nole rivalry) even know who he actually is.
It has been 5 years now since he won the Hamburg AMS...how time goes by...
