He pulled out of Indian Wells. Anyone know the reason? He can afford a little break, but had some time to rest before Indian Wells so if he's fit it's a bit puzzling.

I couldn't find any details about why he skipped Indian Wells. It seems "Shark" is a popular nickname for him in Belgium.

Maybe  But according to his diary on his website ( www.stevedarcis.be) he was sick and therefore returned home  Only the Dutch version is available for the moment |

Thanks a lot Matthias, I did not know that was writing a Diary, my teacher can translate Dutch.
Steve is charming, I hope that he not continue sick for his Birthday Party.
