Wonder will he do it before or after the draw will be made...Apparently,Kunitsyn is the next player who should get in if Simon withdraws,but the Russian is already playing qualies in Memphis

And to who they should give the remaining ones if no one applied and there's no deal between the organisers and other international players?
Maybe they should have given 2 bye's?
