Legg Mason in Washington, DC USA
I'd like to know if anyone is planning on going to the Legg Mason tournament in Washington, DC. The tournament starts on July 28th and there are going to be a few great Russian players:
Safin, Kunitsyn, Korolev and Gabashvili.

I might be going again. I watched Igor vs. Marat last year in the first round. I was one of the maybe three people cheering for Igor, and probably the only one who knew who he was.

I was there as well, and I was cheering for Igor. I knew that Marat would win, so I wanted to incorage Igor a little bit.

Awesome too bad I didn't know, we could have sat together to cheer for him. He would have been really happy to have a cheering section, I think

I'm going and looking forward to seeing all of the above play! Hopefully the rain lets up so we can actually see some matches.

Kunitsyn and Korolev are going to play tomorrow. I hope the rain would not distract the game as it happened today.

Me too... and I was watching Igor's match tonight. He played very well in the beginning, but Lee was better at the end...
But at least Igor did not loose in the first round the way he did last year. Last year he was alone, but this time Igor's wife was with him.
Let’s see how he's going to do in doubles tomorrow
