Question My new Head nanotitanium Ti.S2

Dear friends,

I bought a brand new Head nanotitanium - Ti.S2 racket. White grip and red-grey head.

Now it seems and some friends told me that it is "very" light for me and can easily injure my arm. Is that true ? If I play with a light racket, is it too risky ??

Please guide..

Thanks

Yes using rackets that are too light can easily injure your arm and give you tennis elbow.

Can you explain why please? I would have thought a racket that was too heavy would have had that effect.
