Should you be able to play singles in one tournament but doubles in an other?

On the one hand, you might not make the entry list of a certain tourny in singles, but are still able to play doubles. On the other hand, it's not realistic.

Although it is not realistic I think it will be a lot of fun , cause you will be sending tips for 2 tournaments and you will have a chance if you make a lot of mistakes in the one tournament to try to repair it in the other .

I have no real problem with this rule, the only thing there is that it takes away bit of the realism of being a ATP pro...

but if it makes the doubles game more popular, I'm all for it.

I don't like it... it's complicate enough for the playesr to follow the schedule of one tournaments... if they commit to two tournaments are the same time, it's very likely that many of them will forget or missed out on sending in their tips.

I vote for 'no'... keep it simple and reslistic as possible ~

I think this poll is heading into a conclusion, option 'no' has twice as many votes as option 'yes'.
