Over his career I don't think he's done that well in Indian Wells & Miami. Hopefully this is the year when it changes.
As for the No.3 spot I just feel that if he gets it will be during the clay court season because we all know clay isn't A-Rod's strength.

He hasn't, but hey...like you said, this year could change all that. He's been a bit unlucky with injuries and illness during that particular part of the year, unfortunately.
