Nalbandian y Cabrera vencieron 7-4 a Ligato-Maradona y luego David y Diego les ganaron 7-5 a Marcos y el Pato. El juez fue Héctor Baldassi, que se sumó al show sacando varias amarillas. Cuando Ligato le hizo un punto a Nalbandian, de la tribuna bajó un "come on", el típico y odioso grito de Lleyton Hewitt. Después, David fingió un dolor en el tobillo y Ligato tiró: "Este parece Coria".

Nalbandian and Cabrera beat by 7-4 to Ligato-Maradona and then David with Diego beat 7-5 to Marcos and el Pato. The referee was Hector Baldassi, who was part of the show by showing yellow cards to the players. When Ligato made a point to Nalbandian, someone from the crowd yelled "come on", the typic and hatefuly ell from Lleyton Hewitt. Then, David pretended to have a pain in the ankle and Ligato said: "This one looks like Coria"

La Nación says that they were able to gather $350.000. In the benefit, David gave his racket (the one with which he beat Roger in the Masters Final) so it could be auctioned, and Maradona bought it by 25.000

I just saw on tv an interview with Maradona, Diego kept on praising David, and David was all red with embarassement and laughing all the time

Here's a part of what he said, it's from today's newspaper:

“Soy conductor, tengo un programa de TV, que seguramente voy a repetir, y puedo hablar, con propiedad. Quiero aclarar que no es porque David haya ganado el Masters. David entró en mi corazón desde el momento que vino a mi programa y que se comportó muy bien. Está dentro de la familia Maradona”
