Yes ... women don't like men who are not active ... but when you are socially active and you go out and you see beautiful waitresses with their breasts hanging out, you get penalized for month for even looking for a second. And if you hang out with girl colleagues for more than a few minutes, then you definitely in trouble. As a wise man once said, women want to either change you or kill you. As long as you have that in mind, you will be fine dealing with them.

Here is my advice, fake saving a puppy and you are golden regardless of how active you are socially.

As embarrassing as it might be to admit this, I've actually had a friend do this and it worked like a charm. He was at a bar and was visibly struggling at making conversation with this really beautiful girl there, until all of the sudden he brought up this completely falsified story about how he saved a little puppy from getting hit by a car.

They've been dating for 3 months now.

I always try to give the opposite gender the benefit of the doubt when it comes to relationships and dating, but it's stupid pathetic luck like this that really makes me lose faith in womenfolk. When lying about saving a stupid little basset hound becomes more attractive than being a double major making $90K/yr fresh out of college, there's really something wrong with the world.

Lenders: One thing people need to understand about this so-called weak era is that it was 'weak' for Federer on HC and grass and for Nadal on clay (Federer on clay too Nadal apart) because they were so much better than anyone else, for any outsider the era couldn't possibly be any harder, during 5+ years you had to either beat the best grass/HC player ever or the best clay player ever in every single Slam just to get 1 Slam title.

Late reply, maybe a little off topic too, but I can't not reply to this.

To me, Extroverts and Introverts are like two sides of the same coin. the coin is your personal evolution. The central core of you always demands a peace and harmony no matter what you do or don't do, whether you are in a crowd or alone, whether at war or birdwatching; it's all good as long as the Core is at peace. In the past I used to recoil inward as soon as I felt a jolt from the outer world, because my personal evolution was such. Over the past few years, I am at peace and I don't lose touch with my inner peace of mind and heart even in a crowd - so I speak more than I used to, am comfortable in crowds or alone - it's all good, really. So I could say, previously the coin landed on the side of the introvert and I had to recoil away from society for a while to be close to myself, to observe and meditate within...but of late, the coin landed on the side of the extrovert, and expressing all that I learnt and saw over the past few years, sharing that with the world and learning from sense experience has taken precedence over self-experience, objectifying all the subjective genius inherent in the realm of any introvert has become a duty, with this new evolutionary arc of my individual being. So for now, extrovert it is.

Interesting when you live consciously, how you can see all this.
While this may very well be true for you, I really HATE it when someone who associates oneself as an introvert says something like this. It affirms societies view that we(the introverts, the loners) need to be 'fixed'. That we have a conditions that can be fixed. That we are just shy, or afraid. That we have terrible manners. That there is something wrong with us. That we are maladjusted. That we have problems that need fixing.

I am not for once saying that all introverts remain one their entire life. People change. So an introvert may very well become someone who is not, or in rare cases, even go all the way to becoming an extrovert. Similarly, the opposite change is possible too(and IMO is seen more often). Maybe you changed. Maybe you were just shy before. I obviously don't know what your case is. But, I know for a fact that being an introvert is not a choice. It can not be "overcome" by "living consciously". And introverts and extroverts are not two sides of the same coin.

Listen, being a good guy and actually saving puppies is great. But women want to be able to see how reliable you are as their man, they want to make an "emotional" connection. Let's not forget the natural "expectations" of men. I am not saying you should fake relationships with women. Think about it as getting your foot in the door. It's like acing a job interview and then putting your 100% effort to making it work or whatever you are expecting in your relationship.

We have to look into science to see why women either like jerks (which is the case) or people who, let's say, care about kids or save puppies. It's all natural. It's all explained in behavioralogy. We all want to pretend we are complex beings and unique, and while that is true, we do have certain predictable characteristics that are naturally ingrained into us.

just like an extrovert can suffer from depression and become inactive.
