Looks pretty good.

You don't really extend your arm too much on your serve, it almost looks like you are short-arming it really.

Do you always slice it?

Your service motion is very abbreviated, though the result looks good. Better than mine and Groove's, I think.

Unorthodox, but still better than Groove's. Looks like you get decent power through the ball.

Why do people on MTF seem to think the backswing is an optional part of the serve motion?

Do you think this is an MTF problem or a problem everywhere?

I always feel like I have more power if I abbreviate as opposed to a longer motion, could just be a feel thing as opposed to any real connection with MPHs. I do slice the majority of the time yes.

I play casually once or twice a week with decent level club players. Most people I see have a fairly conventional serve with a normal size wind-up. On the other hand, I have seen two MTFers serve and both have a very abbreviated motion, to the point where it looks more like a badminton stroke.

The video doesn't really allow me to do any great analysis, but I would make you turn your grip just a bit more continental. This is going to help you to contact higher and also extend that right arm, which Snowwy already mentioned. After that I'd work on your trophy pose (1. tossing arm especially, 2. shoulder tilt, 3. pushing that left hip forwards) and racket drop. When you drop your racket behind your back your strings are facing upwards, which they shouldn't be. This is happening either because of wrong grip or lacking throwing motion. "Nuckles up when you drop your racket", as some coaches say. You are definitely on the right track there though!

One advice, you need to slow down between serves, calm down a little. Or, soon or later, you'll do the same during the matches. First, stop. Focus and think what you'll do. Then serve. Keep it up!

Quite good power, but easy to read.

As it mentioned before, work on your service motion.
