I already found a partner, thanks to all of you
Hi TT friends! I am looking for a doubles partner in Tennis Tipping at ATP level to start playing in the clay tour season. My singles ranking is far higher than my doubles ranking (actually I am #19 in singles and #168 in doubles), so I enter ATP tournaments with my singles ranking but I play qualifying rounds in doubles. I think it would be interesting to find someone (playing only in the TT ATP doubles tour in qualifiying rounds, or in the TT singles ATP tour but in the qualifying round of doubles, or maybe both in singles and doubles) to be partners in all the following ATP tournaments that start in Casablanca. I want to find a permanent ATP partner because I want to discuss our picks with him
, if it is only to play together and sending our picks to the manager without speaking about our picks then I will continue being partner with different users every tournament without a permanent doubles partner. I think that discussing our picks can be good for both of us, it is what I like about doubles in TT: team work and exchanging opinions about our points of view about the matches
. That does not necessary mean that if I consider a winner in a match and you consider that the other player is going to win you should pick what I picked or vice versa, we can respect our points of view and make our own decisions, but it is always great to discuss the tight matches with people and do some TT doubles strategy. It can be done via PM in MTF, via Facebook, etc. I have no problems on that.
My schedule (subject to changes, the only tournaments I really want to play are the Grand Slams, the M1000 and Barcelona, the other can be changed if my future partner wants) in the next months is:
Greatest tennis shot I have ever seen
“What do people do when they go out? They get drunk. To go out and not drink, I don’t understand it. If you go to a nightclub, what is to enjoy there? Nothing. The music is too loud, everybody’s sweating, everybody’s dancing, it’s dark, everybody’s pushing, everybody’s drunk. And if you’re the only guy sober in the nightclub, you don’t enjoy it at all. If you’re into the groove, you know, you have a couple drinks, you’re on the same level as the club, you can sometimes get something positive out of it. But it’s not what I like. I prefer to stay in my friends’ company, invite girls over.” Ernests Gulbis
