Jogging to Mcdonalds is the best possible form of exercise one can take part in. It's like some sort of out-of-body experience... you feel that stitch... But then you see that glorious Big M peeping at you just beyond the horizon... and you just know everything is going to be okay... Truly beautiful...

After Jogging for some days. My Legs and Calfs feel heavy every morning. ANything to avoid it? I have taken proper shoes and i do jog on Grounds but they feel heavy after some days.

I haven't been doing any push ups lately.

Still, this morning I've done 80 normal push ups in a row, waited couple of minutes & than I've done
24 clapping push ups in row.

Me, old/fat guy, not even doing push ups regularly.Oh well, c'est la vie.
