Levine and Pospisil got easy draws in the first round. I'm pretty sure Levine can beat Pella, Pella is a clay courter.

He got through the round, sadly due to Pella having to retire with a possibly serious injury, next up is Delpo, yikes, but if he's ever going to upset him, this is his best chance.

Levine has what I think is the biggest strapping on an arm I've ever seen, anyone know what's going on with his left arm?

Of all the bad losses, this one might be the worst, losing to Maxime Texeiria

TBF to Jesse, I think he is still a little injured. Anyways, can't see him being much help at DC. Hoping Frank makes a strong run (should win his qualy section I think) and will be in form for DC.

I read over some of the DC discussion from earlier in the year, and came across people complaining Levine not getting chosen over Frank or Vasek for Davis Cup.

I was on the Frank/Vasek side then but now the Levine side seems kind of comical now. Vasek is top 40, Frank beat Granollers, Lu, almost Janowicz. Beat Gabashvili here while Levine loses to Teixeira. Clearly ML made the correct decision with not playing Levine.

Just curious if those arguing for Levine have the same opinion now going into the SF of Davis Cup

Anyone know what's going on with Levine? He's not entered in any tournaments including the Australian Open? Must be injured, but no announcement?

what the heck is going on with Jesse Levine? He hasn't played in quite a while now. Not since the US Open from last year. Is he injured or retired or something?

Levine is now outside the top 200 according to the latest rankings. He's ranked #205.

Well in his last match last year, he retired with an abdominal strain, was having arm/elbow problems before that I think.
