DO not worry, I don't have either very often.

I haven't made creamy cheese and bacon with Pasta for years.

Good! Don't they call "creamy cheese and bacon" carbonara sauce in UK?

Rice with peas and carrots (plus mushrooms if I really spoil myself ) and chicken breasts I live off of this... Not exactly my favorite dish ever, but I'm not roasting potatos and grilling fish/chicken only for myself

Otherwise pasta with anything, rice salad, two-vegetable soups (leek/potato broccoli/cauliflower) are on my menu weekly if the question was related to simple dishes

Lee, I hope they wear those suits more than just for this wedding

Well carbonara is a little different I think, not sure.

Other than wedding and funeral, I doubt they will wear the suits much. My son is adidas/Nike/Under Armor guy from head to toe. Hubby works from home so mostly t-shirt and shorts

Hubby used to have many expensive suits but he gained too much weight these years

Oh, that's too bad . But then again everyone needs a piece of clothing like that and most people don't wear it regularily, so be it

Get him to do sports with you and tell him it's because of your health or just stop cooking

I was on my stationary bike and asked him to do it. He can keep reading his book or listening to music but he totally ignore me He has to clean the pool and the yard plus walk Brutus. Not a lot of exercise compare to the amount of time he sits in front of the computer or the couch

The dishwasher has made my life bearable this week.

Thanks. I will let you know how I get, of course.

I just spent about 6 hours talking to my BFF (who I regrettably haven't spoken to for a while). I thought only women could talk rubbish for that long.

Apart from my prom, I have never worn a suit in my life, and other than getting married, or being the best man at a friends wedding, I never intend to wear a suit in my life.

Expensive overrated cloting imo.

True but you have to remember that you are what, 2/3 years younger than me?

At your age I was just as bad at cooking

I'm almost certain that my dad used those same words when he was your age. Now he has to wear suits every day of the week and every time of the year

Just under three years younger, I think.

Well, I'll improve quickly if I practice. Just as I have with any new skill I've picked up, save for driving.
