Thanks for the translation. I wish I spoke and understood French. It's such a sexy language.
Surprised he would think nobody would know the videogame soundtrack. Surely he doesn't still think that gamers are a minority bunch.
Thanks for translating.
and +1 for the speaking and understanding of French. I'm trying very hard to learn, but I can't understand what Gilles says (except for the English song ). And Gilles is one of the Frenchies who articulates very clearly. Benny makes one sentence sound like one word. My French friends tell me French is supposed to sound like that.
An interview from this past March at the BNP Paribas Open. Gilles talks about his game and what he feels he has to do to win against bigger stronger opponents and how his game has changed over the years versus how he played when he first came on the tour and how he struggles to find the happy medium between the two styles today.
Also on a personal note, I'd just like to say that i've never been more jealous of a plastic miniature water bottle in all my life.
Wow, great interview. He's in the mood to talk and he touched good subjects. I like the Robin Soderling's attitude change part the most. Give you perspective into the lives of top guys. Talents/abilities can be similar, it's attitude (or mentality) that takes these guys to the next level.
