Nadal's just getting match practice right now. You can't expect anything until Monte Carlo or maybe even RG.

Alund, what a week, he'll remember this forever, taking a set off the clay GOAT, amazing.

Highest ranked player he faced since he came back was sent packing 2 and 2, the same guy who reached the QF at the AO just a bit earlier beating JMDP along the way. Weaponless you say?

Oldal limped through. Weak movement, weaker groundies. If Davey plays decent he will win tomorrow.
Who's to say the Florianópolis won't be the same?

Nadal doesn't look good, but he'll inevitably raise his game against Nalbandian tonight.

I didn't watch the match. Now I'm really curious to find out what kind of mess that 2nd set was.

Well, Chardy was a TOP30 player, that's the fact. However, I agree with you in one thing: Chardy ballbashed all the match and he was horrible, missing lots of balls and doing a lot of silly errors. He played worst than most of the Nadal opponents in Viña and Brazil.

The first serious challenge for Rafa will be in Acapulco (and today's match will be tough too).

Finally a normal post from a real Nadal fan, not a tard

After this one, another girl was in tears.

Yes definitely, he used to be a sound/consistent player with a decent head screwed on, maybe like 3-4 years ago. Now, lately, he's either been being too passive or going for way too much for no reason at all. I say he has no weapon (as of late anyway) because he doesn't have anything to rely on to save himself or at least get cheap points on a particular wing. His serve is big, but again it reflects so much of a 'ballbash' shot as well. There's no liquidity and flow to it, no thought on it whatsoever.

Great post once again, and I agree with your opinions over Rafa.

Rafa fangirls

Security or even Chuck Norris wouldn't stop me from getting to Seppi.
