No i'm pretty sure i read tis in 2011 but i can't find any link.
As you said, there are plenty for Wimbledon, though. He said that the grass is the same since 2002, even Mouratoglou, who likes Rafa a lot, laughed about that. But hey, sure, Nadal won't complain about a change which is good for his game, but still, he is selfish like every top player.

Nadull is experiencing some serious mental illness nowadays. Maybe dr.Fuentes will find a remedy for this.

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
This tells all about how pathetically slow USO courts are.

yeah. I don't even find anything wrong with Nadal's comments. In all likelihood he is right. It's just that from my point of view it is not that Sao Paulo is so fast, but that US Open is so slow

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
I have no reason to think that Nadal is liying. This is not an excuse to loose, it is true that if there are there some conditions that don't favour your game you'll play worst than in other conditions that favour more your game. Nadal is saying that yes, it is clay (indoor clay) but the conditions that he have found are not the best for his game. That's all.

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
I don't mind Nadal's whining. I have a small problem with the butt-picking and a major problem with the gamesmanship and cheating. If Rafa could just leave his ass alone and stop the cheating few fans would find him disgusting.

Nadal trying his best to disvalue his 4 non-clay slams even more.

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
Funnily enough USO outside courts are still quite fast, it's only Arthur Ashe which has been slowed down, but that suggests the USTA are doing all they can to get the top 4 through.

Nadal may even speak the truth (that would be a first in his life - pathologic liar) - he's receiving flak not because of that but mostly because he's always whining.

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
To many idiots here. Rafa is telling the truth and you can't even admit that you haters and Fedtards. Courts are shitty and the surface is as quick as Paris Bercy.
The only thing is that it was Rafa's choice to play in Sao Paulo. In that case he shouldn't complain.

Re: Nadal: Sao Paulo "is faster than the US Open"
it actually is very fast clay, it was laid horribly
the fact that it is so awkward to move on doesn't help either
you guys just can't get over whining about Nadal's whining
he gets asked questions like this and you act surprised when he responds with what he thinks...
