Re: Clay Death shrine thread
Nice guy, he was a proffesor in real life and he tried to teach people in this forum a couple of things but those Ejaculons didn't value him. Hope is chillin now and doing what he was best at, having one night stands and analizing the sport.
PS he is probably trying some bass fishing too.

CD was an epic poster, it's a travesty that he was banned while vicious trolls like Corey Feldman and Durr are still free to post their garbage

He was one of the most genuine and prolific posters in the clownery that is GM. Despite the mass hatred he refused to stoop to his opponents' low level trolling (ex: BigJohn). In fact it was he who coined the term 'Serbian Slayer.'

Re: Clay Death shrine thread
I'm at a place elsewhere where CD is at, we converse almost daily.
It's pretty simple, he's a big Nadal fan.
Lets face it, there some pretty crude references about players on this forum and everyone knows it.
Some posters like to set the record straight and some fans will get baited in now and then. Every fan has some emotional investment and will sometimes respond rather strongly.
That in itself doesn't make a poster 'bad' or not good for a forum.
Personally I have gotten into some heated discussions with CD in the past but could always understand where he was coming from.
I'm not a Nadal fan at all but do appreciate what he brings to the game.
Anyway, CD's doing well for those who want to know and the post count has more than doubled since he came over there and still is growing.

Re: Clay Death shrine thread
I thought he was funny and enjoyed his prescence. Generally he was very composed and hard to rattle but he'd go wild when I called him a Nadal Fanboi. He'd deny it but it was obvious that he was one since 2008 with his early comments about nadal's certain future dominance of hard courts. That would become one of my favourite buttons when he'd get on my nerves. Haha, he told me once to keep my mouth shut until I was spoken to lol. Nothing wrong with being a fanboi, just admit it.
Finally, over 65k posts in under 5 years = over 40 per day, every day, day in day out. Damn if that doesn't raise a red flag or two. Better to spend most of that time on an actual tennis court, or have coffee with beautiful and interesting women. Too each his own I guess.
I have no idea what he did to get banned but I miss his shenanigans.

This. He is not perfect and has his ego and temper but he never had vicious intention and is loyal to his favourites and friends.

Re: Clay Death shrine thread
Clay Death was an important member of this forum... I don't understand what he could have done to get himself permanently banned, so many other posters are much worse than he ever was.
Hi there, Clay Death! We think of you!

Somehow I don't think Clay Death is the best example of a "genuine" poster.
