British guys are definitely very attractive. I mean, if I think of sexy celebs, I will come up with a lot of British guys. Daniel Day-Lewis. Sean Bean. Colin Firth. Ben Barnes. Kevin McKidd. Ray Stevenson. Paul Bettany. Hugh Grant. Ralph Fiennes. And I won't even start talking about the Irishmen 
I agree about Djokovic's haircut... Unfortunately for him, his hair is probably not easy to work with, but indeed, when I look at the pictures you posted of him with a slightly different haircut, it was much better than the helmet haircut (I usually call it the Playmobil haircut, in an affectionate manner, not in a nasty way ) |

Pretty sure this is Dimitrov, although he did look a tiny bit like Petzschner though now that you mention him. But Petzschner is handsomer IMO, but I'm sure plenty like Dimitrov more. |
