False, per the ATP rulebook, there is only one (or zero) SE spot in 500 level tournaments: http://www.menstennisforums.com/show...62&postcount=1

The fourth wild card at 500 level events is reserved for a commitment player; if none is available, an additional alternate receives direct entry.

For a tournament with its prize money, the list isn't that good. For starters, it's worse than Rotterdam. And of course it isn't even close to Queen's Club.

only someone who would play the SF in Memphis (ATP500), who has not entered another tournament and would like to go straight to Dubai could get it. Only Sock and Russell could be concerned and they will surely prefer to play Delray Beach.

Most probably the SE spot will be cleared.
