Deja vu with a bad start to the year. It is always the same story with him, win the first set only to lose in 3. Daniel really needs to work on his first serve %.

Yikes. Lost 6-1 6-1 to Jung this week. Still think clay futures would benefit him instead but at this point he obviously has zero confidence.

I agree this loss is the lowest yet for DK. I think he is going the clay tournament route now. He's entered in the San Luis Potosi, Mexico Challenger (wk of 3/25) and the Blumenau, Brazil Challenger (wk of 4/8), which means he'll likely also enter the Brazil challengers on the wks of 4/15 and 4/22. Playing European challengers/futures last year helped him get his mojo back after a similar big slump. Hope this trip does the same.
