I'm with Amber here. I find it more beautiful to watch in fast courts, good winners, talent over athletism.
Still... I like clay tennis and I enjoy the sport in any surface.
But IMO, "Boring tennis" is what happens when it turns into Pong, the long rallies without searching for the winner.

Meh quick winners = boring. My mum told me how in here age when the likes of McEnroe were playing, every one was getting bored of serve volley.
