It brings a lot of memories, back when Djok was known as the King of MTOs and retirement. The public was so harsh on him. Now it's all dejavu in WTA. The queen of quitter is Vika, the female version of Nole 1.0. Fed brought it to light for the very first time in Davis Cup 2006, calling him a joke and said the rule is there to be used, not abused. Now, they said it's cheating within a rule.

Djok was clearly irritated by the criticism. Ignoring his capacity, he replied with trash-talking in AO 2007. He said "I have only three words for Roger Federer: He is going down." Federer schooled him in the 3rd round and the media added insults to the injury the next day

They still don't like each other, but the respect is growing. Some fans though, never grow up.

It's not so funny back then, but it's funny now because he went on to win AO three times in a row and it's his best grand slam.

So true Yolita! Duck realized what he had done and high-tailed off the ATP tour, Roger lacks that common sense though and will make it hard on himself, to the delight of nole-nation. My Buddhist friends call this Karma.

I saw a winded or exhausted athlete with dishevelled hair and a funny look on his face, and definitely not a scene of horror at that time, and I may have even chuckled. A scene of horror is a battlefield or crime scene. Lets have some perspective people. I'm sure Novak laughs his ass off now at that period in his life. Nole-nation needs to appropriate (verb tense), that period just like black people in the USA did when derogatory slurs were directed towards them (the N word).

All I remember, he was asked about it. And he quite rightly said that it was a gamble shot, that he himself probably wouldn't do. At what point did he criticized Djokovic?
