Puyol can't play a full season these days. He's still top 5 when fit and healthy, but not a full time player anymore if it makes sense.
I hesitated between Mata and Silva there, ended up picking Silva but could easily have gone for Mata, they're on the same level imo.
If we include all-time, then Safin and Ancic would be in my list
True, which is a shame because i really like Puyol. Pepe just seems too much of a loose cannon for me though.
I would agree that Mata & Silva are on the same level pretty much but Mata edges it imo. He grabs more goals, and assists and is more influential to his team than Silva
Anyway, what do you make of Vidal? I'm a big fan of his.
On to tennis, Who would you place them ahead in your favourites list?

Pepe does have some crazy tendencies, but he's still pretty good at what he does. Agree about Mata being maybe slightly better, I thought as much when they were both at Valencia, not much to separate them though, ultimately boils down to form.
Vidal is great, he has improved Juventus massively. I think he's among the best at his position and will only improve.
I'd place those two probably ahead of Berdych and Cilic (so Safin, Ancic, Del Potro, Tsonga, Nishikori) at the moment
Pepe is a great defender, but those tendencies stop me from putting him in my top 5. Happens a lot when facing Barcelona and Messi . Vidal is awesome, and i would love him at Dortmund.
On another note.

Would you still support Barcelona if it is indeed revealed that they were involved in the match fixing scandal? Many people say that it's pretty obvious that Chelsea vs Barca in 2nd Leg CL Semi Final 2009 is the match that was fixed in England. Thoughts?

1-Hard to answer this question as I haven't been in most of the relevant venues unfortunately, but from what I've seen I'd go with Dortmund, United, Atlético, Liverpool and Athletic.
2-Camp Nou, Wembley, Allianz Arena, San Siro, Stade de France

Yes, I would
If that match was fixed though, why did they have to cut it so damn close (last minute goal) ? Got to learn to fix things a bit better
Seriously, don't even want to consider such possibility, I'm already much less of a football fan than I used to, match fixing scandals is the last thing that would revamp my interest again.

I would take United off that list, because OT seems like a library when ever i see them play. I'd put Galatasaray ahead of them. Liverpool are good on european nights, but from what i've seen are not one of the best in league games.
Dortmund fans are awesome...
Was going to go to that game, but i couldn't

I put them in based on their away support really. I've been to two of their matches here in Portugal (vs Sporting and Benfica) and their away support there is great. Dortmund fans are indeed awesome, even through the TV you can tell it.
Shame you couldn't go to that game, but I'm sure you'll have other chances
Math fixing scandals would also make me lose some interest also...
What is your honest opinion of Neymar? Would you want him at Barcelona? To me, the kid seems a little bit overrated, diving ****, flashes of brilliances but nothing special.

He's very talented of course, although quite overrated just like pretty much every young Brazilian superstar ever. I definitely don't want him at Barca, he does not have the right attitude to succeed here: he strikes like a guy who would be far more arrogant/entitled than Iniesta or Messi without half the skill to back it up I don't think signing him would end well at all.

Neymar seems to be a very humble guy. He know that Messi is a much better player, in fact he always says so, for example in the club world cup in 2011 when they faced each other or when Pele said that he was going to be better than Messi. He recognized Messi is miles ahead everyone else and that he doesn't come close to him. He doesn't have the Cristiano/Ballotlli attitude.
I think he would be a great addition to the team. Alexis and Pedro haven't been very convincing lately IMO.

The thing is that being a forward at Barcelona means playing in Messi's shadow. The other two forwards are basically there to do a lot of work off the ball and to compliment Messi as best as possible. That's why Pedro players every match despite not scoring, he is an ideal foil for Messi.
I doubt Neymar would be pleased with having a secondary role in the team in Messi's shadow or that he'd even want that - presumably he wants to be the star somewhere in a team built around it, which will never happen at Barcelona.
