Saberq if you really think Murray is going to have better odds come Wimbledon than EITHER Djokovic or Nadal then you're crazy! Andy has never won Wimbledon and taking the Olympics just wont be enough for him to instill that much confidence in the bookies.
the odds will probably be Djokovic/Federer, Nadal/Murray, and the only reason Nadal may not have better odds is because of the wild care factor of him having been gone for 8 months
as for Federer, probably at least one more but as another fine poster pointed out, I would be shocked and awful surprised if he got 3 or more

I think that Novak would be the favorite in a Clay match-up with Fed (I'd give Nole a 60-65% chance to win). But you would be less surprised if Nole lost to Almagro than Federer??

Re: How many more slams will Federer win?
Federer literally skipped last year red clay season - almost all his matches in Rome and Paris were very weak from Roger. But maybe knowing that Nadal is as vulnerable as never before, Fed will push himself for another RG crown. He was second best player on clay for years without hesitations. If the weather is hot in France in May (end) - June (start) and Federer to make RG his goal... Well, I would like to see it.
Returning actually to thread`s question I feel that Roger is more or less done for winning hard Slams. Wimbledon - always a chance, and as I wrote higher I trow how things would look like on clay this year, might be intresting. Though Fed taking US Open wouldn`t frustrate me either, this guy still can beat anyone in good day, but more factors need to work in his favour, obviously.
One more Slam. RG/Wimbledon.

Novak is a different animal when he faces one of the top guys, Mugro could pull a Wawrinka and get to the finish line...if it does come to this, let's hope he can break for the match and doesn't have to serve it out.
As for Roger, we all saw what Novak did to him on clay last year.

I just think Novak on clay is better than Roger at this point by a lot that's all

Look, in the last 2 years at RG their H2H is 1-1. In GS in the last 2 years its 3-2 for Novak. Its ridiculous to think that a player like Almagro has a better chance than Federer to beat Novak in a Slam at this point. That just screams willful ignorance to me.

Nadal will probably win the French and be 3rd favorite but I dont care about the odds Murray should be in front of Novak for Wimbledon unless he really sucks before it

I think Novak is the favorite in a H2H on clay but its close...but please spare me the Almagro comparison at this point.
I think really Nadal and Federer are the only ones who could beat him on clay (Nadal would be favored if healthy, Federer would be the underdog).

Re: How many more slams will Federer win?
Had murray played that renewed Tsonga over 5 sets.. I doubt he'd have beat federer had fed had as an easy of a quarterfinals as murray did.
Us open is no longer stupid saturday and final back to back so fed's chances go way up just from that. Plus us open is faster than even this years faster aussie open plus they use balls that are quicker and don't fluff up as much and also its hotter cause play is in the day than in the cool 60 degrees fed-murray played at during the night. Plus us open won't be as grueling as points are shorter.
Fed will have his chances at wimbledon and us open. Its just he needs murray to have to battle djoker for once in the semis but something tells me murray will always be in fed's half now as has been the case the last 2 slams.
Plus roger is moving better and defending better than he did in 2011-2012 thus far.
Lets be honest its a big big ask for any of the top 4 to beat each other in the semis and finals.. Even djokovic perfect form nearly didnt' pull it off after playing murray-nadal back to back last years aussie so its very hard for anyone to do it.
Also for fed.. wimbledon and us open will allow him to hold serve much easier and have less rallies and thats always a key in beating murray and djokovic.

Re: How many more slams will Federer win?
Wimbledon this year is his last chance, but I think Nadal will win it. If Nadal doesn't come back strong is between Fed and Murray probably.
