Daniel/Sapeod, if you really wish to head into central Scotland for a degree then you should have few problems. Depending on what course you want to do, it will differ from university to university. Prestige is not the end all be all. I personally had an unconditional to St. Andrews - arguably the most prestigious university in Scotland - and yet I took a place at Heriot-Watt in Edinburgh. A university completely lacking in prestige, but as a modern languages student it offered interpreting and translation for me (the only university in Scotland to do so). As a Scottish student you should take full advantage of free tuition (while it lasts).

I'm not a Murray fan but the stick you get on here is unbearable. I cannot remember physically cringing as much in recent times as I have over Motorhead's posts in this thread. B.I.Z.A.R.R.E.

I'll be fine. I'm doing a course in my college up here first. Just for a year. I'll figure things out after that
