The stats actually show a different picture. Ratio of shots saved puts him above all the other goal keepers in the league. I wish someone had the balls to go public and say he accepts the fine but is putting it to better use and giving to a charity. The FA won't have the balls to claim their slice of the action.

He hasn't been good for years now. PSG bought him to sell shirts and marketing reasons. Hell, it's a FIVE MONTH contract.

PSG don't need Beckham for any sort of financial gain through merchandising, the owners don't care about recouping their money, because at this point they've invested so much anyway.

He'll help raise their profile and that's it, don't think any possible financial gains played a role in his signing.

Thought Becks was gonna sign with an English lower team,as QPR.

He's playing for free in France,might well done it in England,where he might get more chances to play.
