Re: Football Zone
Entertaining Clasico, can't believe the amount of missed chances for both teams. I'm happy with the away goal and the draw.

Re: Football Zone
lol, spurs really need a striker. It's comical already, at least they have Bale, what a goal!

I am seriously tempted to go to my local hitman and get him to do a job on Andre Santos. Shockingly poor application and commitment. The less said about his ability, the better.

Re: Football Zone
f'en Liverpoor picked the wrong big game to steal a point, needed to wait till Sunday at City, where they will no doubt get humped 4-0 now
have a new player Coutinho but that donkey of a coach Rogers will probably not play him.

Re: Football Zone
Coutinho is vastly overrated and overpriced at £8million.
Perhaps two years ago he was promising, but he's levelled off somewhat recently, in my opinion.

I thought you understood it was just strategy

I remember when Arsenal signed him, lots of fellow Brasilians that post in another forum mocked of the contracting. Aparrently they were correct.

Re: Football Zone
Drawing 1-1 away it is a good result, but seeing the game like I did, it is a bit dissapointing. So many chances to score, specially after Cesc goal. That Pedro miss is almost hilarious. Unbelieveble choke by him. But there was much more than that. MVP: Varane! What a match!!! Piqué played also one of his best matches in his carreer.
In the end, Barcelona was far superior than RM, but in football you have to score goals to win it. Anyway, unless RM have even more lucky in Camp Nou, Barça will go to the final, without much troubles.

agree, Barcelona was superior but just after first goal. Till that moment Madrid was superior team with much more great chances. After the goal Madrid had to risk much more and against Barca that is suicidal tactics. More that change of tactics came all Barca's chances . Draw is fair result

Re: Football Zone
Interesting buyings from the 2 italians teams that are fighting with the Old Lady for the Scudetto. They came here to Portugal, buying players that dont play literally for AGES. Rolando, center back, from Porto (he is the 5th choice there), goes to Napoli. Pereirinha, plays in all the right side (from defender to forward), goes from Sporting to Lazio. Both very weird buyings, IMO.
