I am never ever considering myself a Nole fangirl again. ever. I opened twitter again after weeks, and I don't know why I follow some Novak Fans for no reason at all (not MTF mermbers at least that I know) and boy, are they fangirl. I got nothing on them.

Lots of athletes don't just shut down after a match, unless a 5 or 6 hours marathon I guess. When I was following hockey, the players always went to the stationery bikes after their matches to wind down.

Post match interview:

Quote:
Q. What kind of treatment did you give Leconte?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: I was late because I gave a treatment to Leconte.
The diagnosis we determined with my assistant is that he's definitely crazy. He needs a long term treatment (smiling)

Quote:
Q. When you go into a match against those guys, is it a different feeling going in mentally knowing you might have to be out there five hours?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: You know, this two day break definitely serves me well, you know, physically, mentally, emotionally, so I can get all my strength for that final.
I'm gonna be expecting I have to be ready to expect a five hour match or five sets.
That's the kind of approach that I have to every single match that I play on on Grand Slams, especially in the second week. No other thoughts than that one.
And of course I'm going to try to go out on the court and win whoever I have across the net.
Fedtard infiltrates the media

Quote:
Q. Do you make use of anything like that pressurized egg chamber which you were known to use at the US Open? Do you have one of them out here in Australia at all?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: No. No, I don't.

Quote:
Q. In all seriousness, did you watch the women's semifinal today between Victoria and Sloane?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: No, I haven't seen it. I haven't seen it.
Is there anything particular that I had to see?

Q. There was quite a controversy about a medical treatment late in the second set.
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: I haven't heard about that. Sorry.

Finally caught the match on ESPN and is pure chance because the schedule said the match will show an hour later

And BG was right in his pre-match analysis

This AO feels weirder than ever, like I'm disconnected. For the first time Canal Plus, the tv cable I pay for, won't show AO or USO matches. Apparently they lost Eurosport who has the rights this year.
So basically I'm living vicariously through all you.

I hope Nole wins AO, it would be funtastik!

When was that?

About the presser, he shuts down after the question about the egg. He must really fed up with people bringing that up, specially now that doping is in the news.

This time I definitely think it's a good idea. He has 2 days of rest. He only played for 1.5 hours. He was hitting so well that, like he said after the match in the locker room, he would want to visualize his performance tonight and keep it up. I think it helps to reinforce all the positive things he did during the match , just drill it in, whatever he did.

Was Nole's level as good as they say? some fedfans even suggesting it's the best he's played in a slam.
Now someone get me the download link to the match pretty please.
