If the idea is to travel to see history, architecture, etc ... Europe is the destination. But if the idea is to party, crazy girls and so on why you don't spend two weeks in Cancun at Oasis Cancun Hotel which is focused on that direction?
I would pick US for other reasons but if you are looking that destination for fun remain in Miami then.

Re: tourism: USA OR EUROPE......
I never been to US, but as a european, I say Europe. For our rich history. For the fact that you can travel from country to country easily. And even it is about party and girls, just go to some country in east europe and you wont have any problems to be lucky (just dont go to Bielorussia).

Re: tourism: USA OR EUROPE......
Europe hands down. In terms of heritage, beauty, culture, and yes, even partying, IMO theres no comparison.
The US has its own charm but its driven more by consumerism.

Beauty? How much of the US have you seen?
Sunny beaches: US hands down.
Mountain ranges: US hands down.
Desert beauty: US hands down.
Natural wonders: US hands down.
Forests: US hands down.
Scenic coastlines: US hands down.
In fact I can't think of any natural beauty categories where Europe wins, except small rivers.

American girls tend to be entitled and bitchy. The few ones that are not obese take advantage. If it's about girls go to Eastern Europe or Colombia.

There's a reason I have added an IMO in my statement. Beauty doesn't mean only natural beauty.
Everyones ideas of travelling is different and for me and my family, the cities are more of what we see than the towns and nature. So with respect to beauty I was referring more to the architecture, etc.

Sunny Beaches : Greece and Spain trump all of the US beaches (and without the sharks, huge waves and all that crap)
Mountain Ranges : I' d take the Alps over the Rockies any day
Scenic coastlines: Europe hands down
Cultural Heritage/Landmarks: Europe hands down
Good Food that can actually be eaten: Europe hands down"
 Move aside bitch
