Eh what? He got breadsticked twice and did well to take a set. Considering the matchup and the surface, Berdych would need pretty much a perfect match to be in with a chance of knocking down Djokovic's defensive wall. |

I guess people don't understand how beneficial a one day rest can be.... Had this been match been after a long MS1000 match (obviously not going to go 5 hours), maybe Djokovic will be a lot more tired, but whatever.

Djoker raised his level to deal with a resurgent Big Bird, hard to tell if he became complacent or if he was trying to save energy for the semis. Either way it was NID. Finals guaranteed now. Not much Ferrer can do to hurt champ.
