Re: Australian Open R4: (10) Almagro d. (8) Tipsarevic 6-2 5-1 ret.
Tipsuckavic quits.
Hewitt must be kicking himself he couldn't get past him in the first round, would have been a stroll to the QFs.

Too bad because Almagro will fall easily to Ferrer as usual. Makes for a pointless QF match.

Vergogna. Or should I say, just typical Tipsarevic just can't take him serious under any circumstances considering his shameful curriculum !
Glad Nico got through, awesome shotmaking at times.

This is the 17th time Tipsy retired from a match- check out this table of the retirements of the top 100 players.

Tipsy should have kept on. He only had another 7 games to go.

I don't like Tipsy's retirements, but this one looks legit.

Something was clearly very wrong... Good by Mugro though

For someone who is so against equal pay, this bitch certainly retires a lot.

Tipsy, it's best of 5 so you're suppose to retire at 2sets-0 5-1.
|
haha statsracket you're right he could have at least waited a game to retire to keep the streak going honestly though this is one of the rare occasions when I don't really blame Tipsarevic, he probably felt absolutely dreadful after what was it, double 5 set matches in a row. what's the point in possibly injuring yourself when you can hardly move
Almagro's in good form, could be a battle in the QF's

I see Tipsy is at it again. Getting his butt whooped and "oh no I'm injured". Fixarevic is getting ridiculous.
Mugro is looking good indeed but he will bend over for Ferrer again. Pics is just too much for these guys.
