I like variation myself, a bit of everything is nice. I miss fast HC and carpet, but I wouldn't want everything to be fast.

I hope the elongated grass season is a sign of things to come.

I should have saved that picture for future mortifying purposes
Rafa was temporarily lobotomized at the time.
I am 'well jell'

winnie its not just the 7 games in 14 days, its also the pressure and the Prestige.
take andy murray for another example, u know he is a great player and he can win any of the top player but in a slam he would have crushed.
if u think serena was close to herself thats ur Opinion, we will have to disagree on that

Men and women are differnt . Men is best of 5 while women are best of 3 . So its apple and oranges and as a result your Murray point is invalid
Because it takes luck to win a slam which somehow nevel fell caro's way Had Li Na's backhand been wide instead of 1 mm in , Caro would have been in the final and most likely winner of AO 2011 as she was peaking for that event .
I have seen Caro struggle in slams so what, I have also seen Serena get crushed by Sam in a US Open final as well

I detest that statement Fed fans can like clay as well . Clay is actually my favourate surface to watch tennis on . I love those long rallies and grinding

Your pre concieved notion that clay is long is so wrong . As a result you missed matches like Fed Soderling and Soderling Rafa I cant believe you think a 3 hour match will be longer on clay and shorter on grass It will be 3 hours on both

I agree . Seeing clay tennis on hard courts is very boring Slow hardcourts are cancer for tennis

Sam was lucky she reached the final playing her A game . I just believe you are diminishing Sams effort because there was nothing wrong with Serena that day . She was just outplayed . She herself said it and she is known to make excuses and not give any credit to her opponent .
It wasnt a shock as well . On the contrary Serena was the overwhelming favourate to win that event as she had won 3 hard court events in the US going into that event .I will find some pre event blogs to show you all thought Serena would win and it was a major shock she lost , not she was in the final
She was rusty in wimbledon , not in the US Open
