Aww. Poor you. Need to take care of yourself flower so it goes in the shortest possible time.
I'm not bad thanks. About 5 minutes of the Georges match before I went to bed, and then started watching from about 7am when I got up. Lleyton gave his all, as usual, but Tipsarevic was just too strong in the end. And what the heck happened with Monaco, I have no idea. After a close first set he subsided rather tamely.

Re: •°o* Ye Olde Castle Volume 61- Enjoy the Australian Open with us
Thanks Ann, I think some resting time will help but it's so boring.
Tipsy was way strong, Hewitt was getting weaker and weaker but he gave his all
I wonder what happened to dimitrov, when I went to sleep he was leading 3-0 in the first set

I know. Because you're always used to being active, but you need to give your body a chance to recuperate. So rest MsA. Granny's orders!
I really thought he was going to pull that 2nd set around, but once Tipsarevic had got the breaks back you could pretty much see the writing on the wall. Didn't see anything of the Dimitrov match so I couldn't tell you Amber. Unless his matchplay from the previous weeks had caught up with him. Even so, that was a match which shouldn'tt've been decided in straight sets.

Re: •°o* Ye Olde Castle Volume 61- Enjoy the Australian Open with us
Granny order and amber obeys!!!
Well I agree it couldn't have ended in a 3 set match, maybe all this buzz of baby fed is hurting dimitrov
About Hewitt I also agree, after tipsy got back from one break it was a done deal, bummer bc I love watching Hewitt playing

Re: •°o* Ye Olde Castle Volume 61- Enjoy the Australian Open with us
That's the spirit girl!
Could be. Anyhow, he could've asked for an easier first round as Benneteau is more than a very decent player when the mood takes him and is well able to upset the applecart of top 10 players from time to time. We all remember how close he came to putting Fed out almost before he'd begun at Wimbledon.
He's definitely one you'ld want alongside you in the trenches as I'm pretty sure his vocabulary doesn't include the word "can't". Such a pity injuries have taken their toll and his competitive spirit isn't enough on its own anymore.

Re: •°o* Ye Olde Castle Volume 61- Enjoy the Australian Open with us
I know benneteau is a great player and I saw what he did to fed on wimby but dimitrov needs to win games like that if he wants to be a top player, he will be 22 soon, that's young but without any title? Not very good.
I think Hewitt knows his time is running out just like roddick knows, he will hang his racket in AO 2014 in his country

Re: •°o* Ye Olde Castle Volume 61- Enjoy the Australian Open with us
I agree. Way past time for him to be departing in 2nd and 3rd rounds of GS. Not saying he should be winning them, but certainly achieving more and doing it on a more consistent basis.
You could well be right there and I'm pretty sure he will go out on his own terms. And what better place than Australia?
Right, flower. Time for me to go and make a start on tea. Hopefully see you later.

I tried to watch some of the AO, but the women were on and it was raining here and DirecTV my TV provider always has picture/sound break ups when it rains or snows much
