Courts are playing faster this year so expect to see the offensive players go through. Whereas in previous years many grinders would qualify.

Good for the game, they will go through as long as they aren't making too many errors, grinders make less errors.

So Bogomolov will face Sandgren. Not too happy. Would much rather prefer it was Starace.

I'm not a fan of Bogo at all, personally.

I like Starace a lot so if he had won, I would have wanted him to beat Bogo too. Tennys winning is good for me, because he has a good chance to take out Bogomolov and a good shot at qualifying period.

Yea, it doesn't seem like Bogomolov is very popular around here but I've been a fan of his for years. I'm also a fan of Starace so two favorites against each other would have sucked but I just feel like Sandgren could get under Bogomolov's skin. I hope you don't get your wish but you might

Sandgren has both the game and personality to get under Bogo's skin but Bogo has the same for Sandgren. It's going to be an interesting match. Depends on how many errors Sandgren hits more than likely.

Bogo is unpopular for several reasons, but I can see why people like him too. He's his own guy, he really doesn't care to be PC or fake. I've never been into his game, though, bar the extra carricular stuff.
