Re: Week 1 : São Paulo (Entry List)
Zeballos tennis definitely belongs to top 70 at least, 2012 wasnt as good as I expected but I hope 2013 could be "the" year for him.

A claycourter who sucks on hardcourt. I still remember his match from last year's USO qualies where he lost in straight to a nervous 18 y.o. wildcard. He didn't play well, but the match was hilarious I think the kid double-faulted like 3 consecutive times to open the match and he still couldn't break him in that game. Alund kept hitting to his backhand (stronger wing) and didn't even make any adjustment. And he is a veteran player

Re: Week 1 : São Paulo (Entry List)
alund has a pretty big serve. should be very effective on fast courts. not sure why he's avoided them so religiously in the past.
probably likes time to line up his groundies.

Re: Week 1 : São Paulo (Entry List)
Great win (and revenge) from Gastao! In the re-edition of the final last year, he routined Thiago Alves 6-4, 6-3. Now one more win to save all his points from last year (and even win some). Zeballos is certainly beatable, specially on hardcourt.

Actually Gastao already secured pratically every single point from last year, since This tournament got Huge upgrade! great solid win, great start To the season. See him winning the tournament, if he beats Zeballos. Been writing about This match at Gastao's thread!

Elias looks like he's improved a lot since Deember.

Re: Week 1 : São Paulo (Entry List)
I saw Gastão training today. He was hitting so good, I wasn't believing that he was playing this way.

He wasnt that bad. He did beat Hanescu. But this year has to be his breaktrhough year. He HAS to make top 100, if he wants to acheive something big in his career. He does have the potential do it, but the question is: Can he? I hope he does
