Hoping for a good 2013 season.
Ryan is No.4 on the alternate list for Brisbane.

Re: 2013 Cheering Thread
Why is Ryan still in the States when all the other Americans left for Australia already? I really don't want to hear about travel disaster to start the year.

Re: 2013 Cheering Thread
Well, if he had left a day earlier like the other East Coast guys, he wouldn't have this problem. His team is so unorganized.

He do care about spending Christmas Eve with the family.
Whats important is that he's already in Aussie now.
Thanks Gods and wish him Best Luck!!!

Re: 2013 Cheering Thread
Yes I understand that part, but he could have left on Christmas like the other guys instead of the 26th. Hopefully, he won't be too jet lagged b/c the qualies is tomorrow or tonight depending on your time zone.

What do you expect from a guy who's had 4 different coaches in 18 months - very undisciplined to say the least. That having been said, I hope he can win 3 matches in the qualifying at Brisbane.
Go Ryan! Fight!

Glad he got through the first round pretty easily. I would be well surprised if he did not qualify into Brisbane.

Re: 2013 Cheering Thread
sure, he had the weakest opponents among all the seeded players. (rare for his usually bad luck in draw).
i thought he should not even lose one set to his next opponents who only played four atp games in his long pro-tennis career and mostly played futures last year.
but after wu beat smyczek, i think he should not drop any set before entering the main draws!
