Expectations for 2013
I'd like to know what you expect from Grigor in the next year (ranking, tournaments, improvements in the game etc.)

Re: Expectations for 2013
I'll be happy if he breaks in Top 30 next year, which will allow him to be seeded at slams and a lot of the tournaments and he will get a better draws. But he will have to do better at the Slams and the Masters events where the big points are

Re: Expectations for 2013
Grigor made a lot of progress in the last 1/3 of the season. He still has a ways to go to consistently pull out matches, but his confidence definitely grew in that time period. Certainly feels like he belongs in the upper echelon - a few little improvements will go a long ways, starting with his ability to hit his cross court backhand with more depth. Way too often were his opponents able to tee off on one of those short backhands and put him under pressure. Improving that shot itself will give him a lot more confidence and ability to set up his forehand. My guess, depending on what happens with his coaching arrangement, is that he will make a conscious effort in that area. The other things are pretty obvious in terms of conditioning, reading opponents' serves, etc...I think top 20 is not out of the question!

I feel the same way and it's been fun watching him progress through the years. My hope is that he works hard during the off-season and starts 2013 fitter, stronger and faster. He has so much talent but he needs to develop the mental and physical strength to utilise it. When he starts winning big matches, he's going to be a huge star.

Re: Expectations for 2013
Probably still a rumour but it makes me happy, especially the swedish coaches, whom normally known for non-joking around.
His agent is a swedish so this news sounds more credible.

Some headline news: Grigor Dimitrov is terminating his relationship with his coach Patrick Mouratouglou. He will now move to Sweden and start at the Swedish academy "Good to Great". The players behind "Good to Great" is the former pros Magnus Norman, Nicklas Kulti and Mikael Tillstrom.
Mikael Tillstrom will be the one traveling with Grigor Dimitrov to next years Australian Open, though it should be said, that all three (Norman, Kulti, Tillstrom) has a shared coaching-responsibility for Dimitrov

Re: Expectations for 2013
I'm amazed Andreas Vinciguerra is still playing after all his problems. I saw him play at Wimbledon years ago.
