Ivanisevic is above Agassi IMO and a one-off Wimbledon title against a woeful Tsonga and Nadal shouldn't put Djoker above Roddick's 3 finals and 5 grass court titles IMO. Put it this way Roddick at his peak would have mowed his way through Novak's draw.

Re: Agassi, Ivanisevic, Roddick, Murray, Djokovic: How would you rank them on grass?
Despite Roddick not winning Wimbledon, I think it is like
1. Ivanisevic
2. Roddick
3. Agassi
4. Djokovic
5. Murray
Ivanisevic and Roddick I would rate almost evenly while Djokovic and Murray are dead even IMO despite Novak actually winning Wimbledon. But see, this is really tough to say considering how hugely different grass speeds have changed from the 90s and the play styles these players have faced.
Agassi, well I think he does certainly belong in the middle. He arguably had the most consistency at Wimbledon compared to all 5 (1 win, 1 final, 3 SFs, 2 QFs) but never reached a grass final outside of Wimbledon, as his only two finals (and 1 title) on grass were both at Wimbledon.

Re: Agassi, Ivanisevic, Roddick, Murray, Djokovic: How would you rank them on grass?
2 things need to be said this is grass no just Wimby, 2nd - Nole and Andy generally have played on slower grasscourts than Goran for example
So Nole and Andre are clearly worst grass-courters here
Andy Murray is in the middle,he has game for grass, can play well, multiple Wimby SF, F - Olympics title + Queens
Goran and Andy are best grasscourters here, both thanks to their serves, because their volleys are not so good
I would saý
1.Goran - multiple Wimby F + title and he was beast on ,,old,, grasscourts
2.A-Rod - multiple Wimby F many Queens titles
3.Andy Murray - great resume on grass events - Wimby+Queens+Olympics and his game is more suited for grass than Nole and Andre
4.Andre - i give him the edge over Nole, because he played on faster grass - especially Wimby and was able to take the tittle with huge servers around on fastest surface back than
5.Nole - basically his Wimby title was thanks to his supreme confidence in 2011, grass is by far his worst surface and always will be

Re: Agassi, Ivanisevic, Roddick, Murray, Djokovic: How would you rank them on grass?
the problem is which grass to take into account ? old quick one or modern slow one ? try to make a mixture I guess
considering that, Agassi should clearly be ranked ahead of Ivanisevic, because on quick grass Ivanisevic was a little bit better but on modern grass Agassi would be much better.
The hardest to rank imo is Murray because on old quick grass Murray would have played completely differently : clearly he would have played serve-and-volley, which is a game imo he's perfectly able to play.
I will try to make my rank with this "surfaces mixture" :
1. Agassi
2. Murray
3. Ivanisevic
4. Roddick
5. Djokovic

Re: Agassi, Ivanisevic, Roddick, Murray, Djokovic: How would you rank them on grass?
It's difficult to rank the rest of these players in comparison to Agassi. Who was a player who played solely from the baseline, who had to contend with fast conditions against players who excelled on the surface.
My ranks:
1. Ivanisevic
2. Agassi
3. Roddick
4. Djokovic
5. Murray
Ivanisevic is a clear front runner, much of the rest is debatable.
I think Agassi would have preferred the current surface and I think the likes of Djokovic and Murray would have found it difficult to compete with him from the baseline. He had no problems dealing with low balls and loved going over the high part of the net on his backhand, so I think Djokovic's very average slice would have caused him big problems against Agassi, less so with Murray. I imagine Nadal receiving a little bit of the Davydenko treatment from Agassi on grass.
I think Murray's a better player than Djokovic on grass, but it's difficult to completely ignore the fact Djokovic won the title Murray craves beating Nadal, who Murray's never beaten at Wimbledon.

If Goran was a beast, what does that make Sampras

Murray (like Djokovic) is 25 years old, and here we compare with players for whom one knows a whole carreer, then I think it's fair to have a little bit imagination for the future rather than judge Murray and Djokovic on the past and on that single feat (besides, we all know what happened in the Djoko vs Nadal match-up that year and Murray defeated Djokovic and Federer in the Olympics)
... and anyway we need imagination to imagine how they would have played on the 90s' grass
