I agree with the people that say the WTF being held indoors is a way to bring that surface (or to be more precise: those conditions) to the fore, especially since all other major surfaces have their own major. The fact that it is held on the same surface every year is not a problem to me; sure, some players will be in an advantage compared to others, but you see the same thing at the majors (heck, Nadals RG record speaks for itself). Part of being an elite tennis player is being able to adapt to different conditions. And they are not always going to be the ones you like.

don't know who is more retarded. tio or people who are trying to make valid arguments in his favor. last clay court tournament for players who participating at WTF was in May so it would be logical decision to make a clay court tournament after 6 months break

Imagine hypocrisy of nadal family. All the time whining for longer winter break but at the same time they see no problem in finishing Paris Indoor on Sunday and starting clay court tournament on Monday
