Nothing wrong with that.  Anyway, it's good to add your own little twist to things. 
I do, but I'm what you'ld probably call a decent 'plain cook'. I do the basics fairly well, like with meats, soups etc, but I'd never win any awards for fancy stuff.  Haven't baked in years though.

Not fair when folks have that sort of metabolism and some of us only have to look at the sweet stuff and gain a pound or two.
