Re: Alexander Zverev
He gets 10 points for that final, which will put him in the top 850

Re: Alexander Zverev
I'm very impressed by this kid, he always beats players he's supposed to beat. So far he hasn't disappointed me, only ever does better than I expect. This is strictly speaking about Pro Tournaments.

Re: Alexander Zverev
6-1 6-1 over a guy that is ITF 71 in the first round. Good start.

Re: Alexander Zverev
His results are up and down on the junior tour. He'll lose to some low ranked player, and then push a top 10 guy to three sets. I feel like he always plays to the level of his opponent.

Re: Alexander Zverev
Sasha is playing a string of junior tournaments in Europe leading up to the Trofeo Bonfiglio. He's a top seed in most of them, and I expect him to win a few, and come out of the end of May with a Top 20 ranking.

Re: Alexander Zverev
Beat another very good 1997, Safiullin, to make the final of a G2 in Italy. Let's see if he can snag another title.

Re: Alexander Zverev
Lost in 3 unfortunately, 4-6 6-3 4-6. Nice week anyway, good to see him becoming more consistent in junior tournies. Back at it right away, playing a 10k future in Sweden against WC Jesper Brunstrom in the first round. GL.

Re: Alexander Zverev
Seems like strange tournament scheduling. He's goign from playing 3 tournaments in Southern Europe to playing a men's event in northern europe, and then the following week he'll be playing a junior event in Southern Europe again. In my opinion he should either play the G1 in Italy, or take a week for rest, regardless of whether he'll pick up pro points or not.
