Jarkko played quite poor today, I think he is having some physical problems as he took MTO and footfaulted 6 times or so (once on a second serve being a break point down). However he wanted to win it so much and did his best. He was very good on big points (converted 7/7 bps) and saved crucial 3 break points while serving for the second set.

As for Struff, he gave a good account of himself, no wonder he defeated 3 solid players in the tournament. He was not as effective in the decider as he was in the first two sets.

I miss this tournament already, I was courtside 7 days 6-8 hours a day and I enjoyed every minute of it

tournament is way better with kontinen brothers on, though

Yeah that goes without saying, Henri Kontinen defeating Berrer on a 3rd set tiebreak in ipp open was one of the best live matches ive ever seen. Hope Henri recovers from the injury and gets in form quick.

Well done, Lukas! He played great tennis this week, his serve was just highclass(his 1st serve % today!!!). He was very consistent from the baseline, too. Creative, but without great risks and almost no UEs. He´s beatiful to watch when he´s playing his best. Great finish of the season, Lukas should squeeze into Top50 after this one!

well he is working strong already in the rehab, so i hope he can e back really soon
