Now gotta go to bed, I'mma wake up in six and a half hours tryinna find a live stream to watch Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix's qualifying race. It's so terrible when you can't sleep long in a weekend, probably Monday is the day when I can sleep long, a lecture is less important than the Macau GP.

Macau GP is probably the most prestigious junior race, excluding series like GP2 and GP3, and I'd say it's the best street circuit in the world. It has two-kilometer long fast section that is practically like a straight, that section has two fast turns. But the rest four kilometers are very twisty and narrow, you must not lose your concentration.



Besides F3, there's also the final round of World Touring Car Championship in Macau, as well as a motorbike race and some other car races. But this has been a sad weekend in Macau, a motorbike and a car racer have died. The track has partly been a reason to those sad incidents, as great as it is, it's also quite dangerous. The car accident happened when the car hit the wall at the 2nd turn of that long straight, the fastest turn of the circuit. The crash didn't look very bad but maybe it was so serious as it hit the wall with the driver's side. Or the impact was just too hard for his body, he broke his neck. Here's a video of it:



I don't know how that bike accident happened, but falling from the bike in Macau is dangerous as there are steel or concrete barriers right at the side of the track, here's a pic from bike racing in Macau.
