From what I can gather, TW has more serious discussions, but MTF is way more fun and this is suppose to be fun and light and all, so MTF all the way.

So true. That's the one good thing TW has over MTF. People actually know tennis on TW unlike on this awful forum

Federer, Nadal and Djokovic pander to plutocrats and charge huge appearance fees. The "trickle down effect" means that tournaments like the Heineken Open now have to pay appearance money for racketeers that many of us have never heard of. It's close to extortion.

Mass banishments over at TW in light of Nadals victory tonight.

The mods there are on a bitter witchunt.

Congratulating Nadal on his amazing victory tonight is a death sentence . Threads deleted and masses of Nadal supporters banned in a sweep.

It's amazing.

Really? I mean, I never go there, but I had no idea. Are the moderators Fed fans or what? What rules are the Nadal fans breaking?

No surprise. TW sells overpriced products from FEDRoDuck to keep their joke forum alive. There's a bunch of arrogant Fed mods. Fed trolls can lie & dish personal attacks with no prob.

Default Re: MTF vs Tennis Warehouse

Searching for tennis forums, I saw Tennis Warehouse before Men's Tennis Forums. Some differences I noticed:

1. I noticed that they focus so much on the Big 4 than usual. There are so many fanatics of Nadal there than here, same with Djokovic I think. Too much fan warring too. Also, there is a considerable number of Murray fans here than in TW (which I think are only 3).
2. MTF seems to focus here in the General Messages tennis players that are promising but not the Big 4, and seeing some matches like Challenges and Futures which I don't see in Tennis Warehouse much.
3. I have to say here in MTF as much as there are more fan wars I think in TW, they seem to be IMO more "unbiased" on comments (with no "vultures","NID" and other troll catchphrases) there than compared here. However, it makes MTF much more fun IMO.
4. MTF is more visual where in TW it seems kinda boring to look at.
5. One big difference is that TW is co-ed, while MTF and TF are separate. Which make topics concerning both here to maintain is really hard IMO (to decide whether to delete the thread or not).

I stay here for the fun even though some trolling here IMO are worse than TW (although some of there biggest trolls IMO are worse than here).

I used to prefer TTW, but their moderation got really strict and this forum seemed more fun so I switched. MTF is getting close to crossing the line between more fun and pretty-much-nothing-but-troll-threads though, and needs to be careful of that

You can, however, discuss doping on TTW though. Or at least could when I was there more
