CELTIC CELTIC CELTIC
Great atmosphere. Barce who?
Getting narked by an 18 year old Scottish newbie was the cherry on the cake. Should have scored again if Mascherano didn't yank him down.

Re: Football Zone
Chelsea couldn't do anything, completely outplayed, didn't deserve this win with anything

Re: Football Zone
I'm actually glad for this Celtic win. Barca is going to get through anyway of course, and I'd be happy if Celtic would be the other team to progress.

Knowing this makes me feel even worse about that 3rd goal from Chelsea
Win both matches left or bye-bye for us.

Re: Football Zone
look at farca, in the easiest group they were saved by one late goal, one last second goal and lost one match , with just little more competitive group they would have been out already

easiest group? really? celtic were the highest-ranked 4th seeded team and have surely proven that they are far stronger than several of the other 4th seeds. benfica are the second-highest ranked 2nd seed, and although they aren't really the 2nd best 2nd seed, they are far from being among the weakest, while spartak are a mid-ranking 3rd seed who have spent a lot of money. i'd argue that it is a stornger group than several of the other groups, but even barca's biggest critic would surely admit that it is a stornger group than man u's?

You're right! Shakhtar has, and should, beat Nords though. We do the job with 3 points against Chelsea and a draw in the last match... biscotto!

Yep, but the last time (I think) it was enough with a draw in Turin against Bayer Munich and Bayer won 4-1

Anything can happen, it's not a safe spot for sure considering the risks. The draw against Nords should've never happened and it's the main reason why getting past the group is still a tough task ahead now.
.
I read Lucio's probably going to Milan in january lol, I understand he wants more playing time but as soon as he arrived he knew Bonucci, Barzagli and Chiellini were in poll position and already established in defense. Milan and Juve in his resume... who would've thought just a couple of years ago.

I wonder what's up with Allegri by practically not giving Acerbi a chance to prove he can perform, he's way better than Bonera (well, any defender in the squad is) and i was really expecting him to earn the spot in the starting XI early in the season. Serious potential and IMO he's being wasted right now. Can't think of a better defensive pair in the current squad than a possible Lucio-Acerbi tbh
