Tsonga and Berdych actually reached a Slam final - Berdych beating Federer and Novak back to back to do so, Tsonga being the only mean to beat all the Big 3 at Slam level - and they won their Masters 1000 title fair and square, not in a tournament where every top player tanked. They sure did not face players of Llodra and Janowicz's caliber in the late stages.

i think ferrer have a chance. with his consistency and frequent playing on the tour he can get more points then murray for ex. nadal dosent seem to comeback for some time aswell so i guess he might have a shot. federer can also be up and down but ferrer has been nr 5 since soderling got his swineflu. thats like 1.5 year and if federer can stay on top, ferrer will aswell. the oldboys still have some juice left

Ferrer plays better the more he ages. He'll be CYGS winner in about ten years. And supreme overlord of the universe in a hundred.

He won´t have better season than this one, but he can stay Mr. consistent and top 10 for at least 2-3 years maybe, but his game is very physically demanding, so he must start to decline at some point, he can´t run forever for every ball and play million matches in season. If heatlhy top 4 than no way he will go higher than 5th place, but next year i expect Delpo and Berdych to have better seasons and Ferrer will have little bit worse season - point wise i expect him to finish 2013 as No.7 behind top 4, Berdych and Delpo
