Phenomenal win by Noah. Nevolo was a top 10, top 5 ranked singles player in college. He was described as more of a crafty, *all-around player rather than a hard hitting player, so maybe that helped Noah out a little bit.

I'm super impressed too. Even 12 year old Claire Lui won her match against much much much older competition. Amazing!

Nevolo is very solid every way. Steady, clean ball striker. Knows how to play at the highest level of college tennis and win. The only thing with him is stamina. That is why I predicted that if Noah can get it to the third set, he should win. The score sort of indicates a fading Nevolo 4 6 6 3 6 2. Great win for Noah. I predict he won t lose to bangoura twice in a row!

Noah lost 26 57, was up a break and had many break point opportunities in the last set.

Instead of going back to New York and deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Noah should just ask for a wildcard into next week's futures.

Bad day meaning he did not play well or something happened? I thought he was going to beat sekou second time around. But he is now 0 for 2 against bangoura.
