I had a very strange problem: specifically one pick from one player in doubles is not accepted. Nothing I write in the cell is seen as correct by the spreadsheet. I've tried even copying a valid pick from another player, but the only thing I could do to prevent the spreadsheet from saying "incorrect pick" was to put a no pick there. (if it's any help, it's exactly cell F73 from the doubles sheet). Any ideas?

Never had a problem like that - only thing I can think of - have you possibly done something to corrupt the cell?
Does the same thing happen if you download a new sheet and re:input the same picks?

Yes, I've tried starting from a clean, downloaded sheet - same thing. Well, it didn't cause me any trouble in the end, I just wanted to see if it has happened to anyone else. I'm using LibreOffice, that might explain something.

The results were:

So, I had to cancel SR3. I changed the day of that match to '0', then I changed 'The number of matches in this round' to '3'.
The result was:
02:02 | Don Corleone (BRA) vs. (Q) catgamer (GER) #SRs: 2-2, Shootout: SR3
So, in spite of the fact I cancelled that match, the Spreadsheet used it for TB.
