We have 4 Lacko's,

I was counting them, noticed there were a lot of Rams and Lacko's for us, then most of the Lacko's were cancelled out with kubot picks. Would be easier if there were stats for each team though, not that I want Gav to go through the extra effort of counting everyone's picks, only if it can be done automatically by the spreadsheet

Stats per team wouldn't necessarily help - it's the differences per team that would help and then combined with other differences. Not sure if it would be easy to do, it's possibly quicker to check manually

Doing a quick manual check these are where the differences lie

Team Yemok (first)

Lacko	        4	Kubot	 3

What this means is that if Lacko wins Team Yemok would go 1 up in 4 matches but go 1 down in 3 matches.

Stats per team would show the same thing though, since everywhere there's not a difference it's te same pick for each side so you'd notice that we'd have 1 more Lacko pick, etc. what you did is just shorter
